Here at Greenview we're constantly seeking to provide the best quality Self Catering breaks in the North Lakes, so its a great pleasure to be able to announce that our lodges now have 3* and 4* Ratings after an assesment in July. Please see a selection of highlights from the assessors report here

The Hayloft

New for 2008 the Hayloft is a cozy but luxurious barn conversion with our usual quality lounge, kitchen bathroom and patio area, but sleeping just two guests, for added peace and quiet.

Lodge 1 (Carrock)

Lodge one is the smallest of our lodges, but still provides ample accomodation for four people with one double, and one twin bedroom. The lodge has all the facilities of our larger lodges, so is great value for a smaller party.

Lodges 2 (High Pike) & 3 (Warnell)

Our original 3 bedroom Lodges can accomodate up to seven guests. Both have been recently refurbished, and benefit from a second bathroom with shower and WC. Check out the page for the full specification.

Lodge 4 (Skiddaw)

We believe that Lodge 4 sets new standards in self catering accomodation. From the Contemporary kitchens and furnishings, to the LCD Televisions in every bedroom, this spacious lodge has been built entirely to our own specifications with you in mind...

Leisure Suite

Another recent arrival is our luxury leisure suite featuring an 8 person hot tub, three person sauna and it's own changing facilities. You can relax in the tub and watch your favourite film, or even just some TV...

Where we are

The Resort is situated in the village of Welton just outside the northern edge of the Lake District. We around 10 miles south of Carlisle and 15 miles north west of Penrith.
