Lodge one is the smallest of our lodges, but still provides ample accomodation for four people with one double, and one twin bedroom. The lodge has all the facilities of our larger lodges, so is great value for a smaller party. |

Lodges 2 (High Pike) & 3 (Warnell) Our original 3 bedroom Lodges can accomodate up to seven guests. Both have been recently refurbished, and benefit from a second bathroom with shower and WC. Check out the page for the full specification. |

The Resort is situated in the village of Welton just outside the northern edge of the Lake District. We around 10 miles south of Carlisle and 15 miles north west of Penrith.
